Custom Club Clothing was set up to make the process of ordering club and society clothing as simple as possible!

Having been heavily involved in running one of the sports clubs at Warwick University, we soon learnt how time consuming it can be to order custom clothing. When we should have been running the club and improving the experience for members, we were instead wasting hours upon hours trying to find a suitable supplier for our clothing. All we wanted were some hoodies!

As a result, we came up with a much simpler model - let us do the work!

So how does it work?

The traditional system requires you to commit to a minimum order from a supplier, pay upfront from your club/society finances, collect orders from your members, collect payment from your members (often chasing for several weeks), collate the orders, hope you ordered the right mix of sizes, take delivery of the items, get them to a session/event and distribute them. Even after all this you are often left with clothing that wasn't sold or members who missed out.

We solve all these issues!

Once you have decided to order your clothing through us we set up an online page where your members can order the items they like, including personalisation if they wish. All payments are taken securely through PayPal (using a Debit/Credit card or PayPal account).

We then produce the items in house and deliver them either to your SU or an alternative address if you prefer. We have no minimum order and honour our original pricing regardless of the actual quantity ordered. Furthermore, there is no final deadline so members can order your clothing all through the year in the specific sizes they require.

Of course, if you prefer to order from us in the traditional way we are more than happy to operate as such.

Over the 5 years since we started we have provided clothing to over hundreds of clubs and societies and received a huge amount of positive feedback.

What can we offer?

In short, anything that you have had before either printed or embroidered, and probably more!

In more detail, we have access to the full range of printable garments and produce embroidery and print in house keeping costs minimal. Since our overheads are low we are very competitively priced and would welcome the chance to beat any quote you have had already. We can also add members names and/or committee positions for just £1.50 per item.

As well as the usual hoodies, sweatshirts, varsity jackets, polos and t-shirts we are also able to offer specialist items such as waterproof jackets, netball skorts and just about anything else you can think of. If there is an item you would like customised just ask and we will be very pleased to advise what is possible.

We have university logos ready to go on file, no set up charges wherever possible (some designs may require a small charge if very few garments are ordered) and are more than happy to help with your design if you do not have one already.
